Building the Visitor Welcome
This project aims to improve the visitor experience of London by improving London's overall welcome and customer service. It fills a number of gaps in visitor information provision. 

Central London Tourism Development Framework
This framework sets out a three year programme of activity for central London's tourism partners to work together on developing a consistently high quality visitor offer and taking advantage of the exciting potential of the Olympic opportunity.

Events for London
Aims to attract, develop and stage more world-class sporting and cultural events for the capital. 

Green Tourism for London
Green Tourism is the first independently audited green accreditation scheme for London's tourism businesses. 

Hospitality, Leisure, Travel & Tourism (HLTT) Industry
A full prospectus and action plan for the HLTT industry across London has been produced following a study commissioned by the LDA to Management Focus and Trends Business Research. 

Improving Accessibility
This report provides a framework, which highlights the main issues for disabled visitors in London and identifies actions for the LDA. 

International Convention Centre
The LDA set up a Mayoral Commission in 2004 to assess the feasibility to develop an International Convention Centre in London, a final report was submitted in 2005. 

Local Area Tourism Impact model (LATI)
This new model allows the accurate measurement of tourism across all London sub-regions and boroughs, which was previously unavailable. 

London Open To All Programme
This programme offers a range of support to help tourism businesses become fully accessible to visitors. 

London Visitor Survey (LVS)
This survey aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of London as a visitor destination and to track visitor satisfaction with the capital over time. 

North London Tourism and Action Plan 2005 to 2007
This action plan, drafted jointly by the London Development Agency and North London Ltd, seeks to harness the benefits of North London’s strengths.

South London Tourism Strategy and Action Plan 2004-2006
A plan to bring more visitors to Richmond Park, Crystal Palace, Kew Gardens and other South London tourist attractions. 

Tools for businesses
Tools for businesses to help promote tourism in south London. Surveys and reseach guides for south London tourism. 

Towards 2012: Tourism Business Support Programme
Free workshops, business advice and self help guides, plus subsidies to encourage ungraded accommodation to become star rated. 

Visitor Accommodation in London
Encouraging the supply of visitor accommodation across London, report which looks at encouraging the development of visitor accommodation across all of London. 

Visitor Planning Toolkit
A new practical step-by-step guide to Visitor Management Planning for people working in the London visitor economy. 

West London Tourism Strategy and Action Plan
This strategy, a joint venture between the LDA, West London Business and Visit London, is a ground breaking blueprint aimed at boosting tourism in West London.
