Business support

We support a range of services to help businesses in London make the most of upcoming opportunities, train their people, and grow their markets.

There is a wide variety of support and training available, including support for specific sectors such as tourism, environmental and the creative industries, and for small and medium enterprises, women in business, and the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) business community.

The London Development Agency (LDA) also carries out research into business activities to ensure that we have up-to-date information on new developments that affect London organisations.

The London Annual Business Survey provides a snapshot of the factors that currently affect businesses’ competitiveness and productivity.

Business Link London  - The LDA manages the Business Link service for London, which offers information, services and support to all kinds of London businesses.

SME finance  - We offer advice on finance, loans and equity for small businesses in London.

Women's enterprise – The LDA's Enterprise Development Team offers support to businesses owned by women.

Olympic opportunities – The LDA is working to ensure that communities who live near the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games sites benefit from employment opportunities.

BAME businesses  - The LDA offers a range of help and support to business people in the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) community.
