1. A Grant is a gift of money, subject to conditions.
 
2. Grants awarded by the London Development Agency (LDA) are subject to conditions. The Grant funding is used to provide services to third parties (business and people in London) to deliver outputs and outcomes that help the LDA to achieve its overall objectives.
