Stakeholders

Broadly speaking our stakeholders are any individuals, organisations, and groups that have a 'stake' (i.e. an investment, share, and or interest) in London.

Our stakeholders are those who will be affected by the work of the London Development Agency (LDA) and our projects, or who can influence it, but who are not directly involved in doing the work.

Stakeholders either affect the LDA and our projects and activities or are affected by the LDA and our projects. Stakeholders influence programmes, projects, products, and services.

In short our stakeholders are individuals, organisations or groups with an interest in the success of the LDA in delivering intended results and maintaining the viability of the LDA's activities, programmes, projects and services.
