The Gold Standards - a comprehensive set of exemplary equality and diversity (E&D) practices addressing all aspects of business performance including workforce, workplace, marketplace and suppliers.

The Gold Standard Diversity Toolkit - online self-assessment tool, also provides guidance and advice.

Going for Gold business support - for companies who make public pledge, additional advice and support is provided to determine, monitor and implement their action plans

Gold Standard Diversity Accreditation - to validate attainment of top Gold level, and provide public recognition.

Background

Diversity Works for London (DWfL) is the Mayor of London's campaign to engage organisations in harnessing the benefits of a diverse workforce and supplier base, providing all Londoners with a chance to share in the city's opportunities and prosperity.

The London Development Agency (LDA) is working with the Mayor to lead the campaign.

Diversity Works for London's objective are:

  • To champion and promote the business case for diversity
  • To engage meaningfully and work in partnership with business and other key stakeholders
  • To enable London's businesses to reflect diversity in their workforces.
