Highgrowth exists to help London based businesses maximaise their success.

A new pilot service gives selected companies a carefully matched coach with strong CEO experience and access to a tailor made support programme. To help you make a significat improvement to the performance of your business.

To take advantage of this programme for your business, it must meet the following criteria:

• Your business is based in London,
• has fewer than 250 employees,
• can be any sector,
• achieved a turnover of at least £1m over the past year,
• an effective business model which is scalable,
• a strong product / service offering competitive advantage,
• an established market and customers,
• a strong management team - committed to growth.

The High Growth coaches

Selected companies for the High Growth Programme will be matched to one of our High Calibre Coaches. We select your coach to reflect your sector and identified business needs and the Coaches own experience. The Coaches are highly experienced selected individuals that have extensive CEO experience with strong expertise in growing a business and achieving success.

We draw up an action plan with agreed focus points between you and your Coach. You will have access to regular advice and hands-on support addressing your identified business needs. These will be based on your agreed ambitions and goals in order to achieve relevant steps changes leading to new levels of growth for your company.

Rolling programme of high growth workshops

You will also have access to a programme of workshops focusing on core business development topics. These will be designed to complement the work you are doing with the Coach and delivered by professional experts, including lawyers, IP specialists, accountants, banks and investors, as well as specialists in marketing, branding and HR skills.

Programme fees

The cost for selected businesses will be £3,000 based on a £12,000 programme of support which is highly subsidised. This provides you with a personal coach over 9 months and access to an extensive programme of workshops and professional support on key growth issues. Payment would be made in two stages: £1,500 on being accepted on the programme and £1,500, after 6 months.
